In this 90-minute workshop, you will gain specific tools to model & build accountability practices in your team. You will also create a personalized action plan that you can immediately implement post-workshop.

This workshop will help you answer the following questions:

• What is accountability, exactly? You will define what accountability is - and isn't - in terms of specific behaviors and actions.

• Why is accountability an important leadership skill? You will explore the impact of modeling accountability on yourself as a leader, on your team that you lead, and on your fellow leaders in  your company.

• What gets in the way of accountability? We all know that reality isn't, well, perfect. Things happen! So you will identify common blockers to accountable behavior and brainstorm strategies around those.

• How can I best communicate accountability needs & expectations? You will learn & practice specific tools and language to support your communications around accountability. This will help you build a culture of accountability that's based in learning - not shame.

• So what can I do next? You will wrap up the workshop by creating an individualized action plan so you can immediately implement key takeaways.
